100% Linen Tea Towel including Printing
A high quality all Linen tea towel is used as the base product. This product is 100% Linen, and a heavy weight material. As such, it is stiffer than the 100% Cotton or 50/50 Cotton/Linen blended tea towels.
Whilst the material is premium, the nature of the fabric means the print result will not be as vibrant, compared to the 50/50 Cotton/Linen blend.
When printing with DTG Digital printing, printing a white underbase is not recommended as the weave of the fabric is very open and not a consistent weave. Even though it is a three layer process the ink falls through the weave resulting in the print having a dot like appearance.
