You will also need to supply any other specific instructions that you may have about your order.

Once we have received all of this information, our team will begin the quoting process. This process usually takes about one to two business days if you submit the manual form, or you can get an instant quote.

How to Create a Design for Your Tea Towel?

When it comes to creating a design for your tea towel, there are a few things you can keep in mind.

The most important thing is to make sure that your design is unique and interesting. You can do this by incorporating different elements into your design, such as patterns or text.

What to Consider When Designing Your Tea Towel

The first is size – tea towels tend to be around 50cm wide x 70cm high, and our maximum print area is 40cm x 60cm, so make sure your design can fit comfortably within that space.

You’ll also need to decide on the level of detail you want in your design – since tea towels will be washed and dried often, it’s important to choose a design that will hold up well over time.

Once you’ve settled on a design, it’s time to get printing. There are two ways to do this;

• The most common is screen printing.

This involves creating a stencil of your design and using it to apply ink to the tea towel. This print method is good for larger print runs. Usually 30 or more in a single run.

The more colours you want in the design will generally increase the minimum viable print run. Otherwise digital printing is more economical.

• Another option is direct-to-tea towel digital printing.

This is where a special ink-jet printer is used to apply your design to the tea towel. This is what we use for small runs, and samples where it is not economical to set up for screen printing or the design has more than 3 colours.

• The final option is Allover –Sublimation printing.

This is where an ink-jet printer is used to print the design on special printed paper. The design is then in turn heat pressed onto the fabric to produce a highly vibrant long-lasting design on microfiber and other absorbent materials.
